A dear apology to all of you, I know this club is lacking right now. My computer's been fried since early November, and my parents are going through a really nasty divorce as of late. It's been difficult to gain access to a computer, and I'll be trying very hard to keep up with this.

I will, however, be sending a note to all of you that have a character(s) to make sure you're still keeping up with them (or still want them for that matter)

I have all the pictures you have sent me on my computer right now, but I've been using my mom's laptop, and she doesn't want anything saved, but I'll see if I can't pull some strings and upload submissions sent to the club.

Also, I've made a decision that we will accept OC's from here on out. A lot of the spark for Avatar seems to have dwindled since the series ended, and I've gotten several requests to add this option. I myself, do roleplay on a separate site, and OC's do encourage more creativity, so I don't see why it would be so bad. However I'm going to ask that you please send me the details of your character, why he/she should be accepted, and to try and have a canon character in one of your submissions to keep with the 'Avatar' theme here. Although the latter is not required, it is definitely stressed if you do decide to go this path.

I'm going on a limb and trying to think of what else I wanted to add...but I can't remember right now. Don't worry though, this club is going to continue to treck on, it's just hit a couple of speed bumps.

Everything's up and running except for the artwork that you've sent in. There's not too too much, but still a little bit, so please be patient as I try to finish up some things. But as of now all the members, affiliates, and the official claims.

IF you somehow can't think of a person left in Avatar to draw, then go here [link] Under characters for the scroll bar it gives you the names of everyone who's made an appearance in the show, even the animals.

Again, really sorry about the lack of updates, I just took this club over, and I hope you guys like me, I'm still kind of nervous haha.

~Hailex reporting, your new manager. I was given the club because of I'm assuming the lack of updates. I've got buttloads of notes to sort through, and I should have the club completely updated very shortly. I apologize for the absence, and hope that you all don't run at me with flames and pitchforks

As you may have noticed, I reviewed through the open slots available, and thanks to AvatarSpirit.net, I've gotten more characters/animals etc. up, so we can have more fun to go around ^^.

I know you don't want to read this next thing, but I was a little disappointed at how many people faved the clubs submissions. I can't stress how much you should NOT do that, because it's not our work, it's the artist's work, and we link the artist there, so from now on, please please please favorite the artist's original copy, and not ours. Thanks, and I hope you like me here, I'm sweating already

FAQ:

WTF is this?!

A fanart 100 is where an artist picks a topic, like a character, from a certain series and uses a list of 100 prompts, making a drawing for each. Hence the name, "fanart 100." Let's try to use the same list of prompts--I'll check with people who are already well into their fanart 100's and ask what list they use, I think they're all similar, if not the same.

Okay, cool. How do I join?

Send a note to the community, with your claim on a certain character--don't just comment or you won't be added. Claims on characters will be on a first-come first-serve basis. How good you are at drawing doesn't count.

You can't join or place a claim by watching us or leaving a comment, although you're welcome to do both. Please drop us a note labeled "join." You don't have to claim anything, but if you want to, please note us for that as well.

Are you a metaphorical Nazi when it comes to content?

Of course not. Think of who you're talking to. Personally, I could care less about content and swearing, but as for others? Please try to keep it PG-13, 'cause most of us are teens here...

What about slash?

As for slash, incest, etc? Go right ahead. Just don't get too graphic, 'kay? XP

Sorry. One person per character, pairing, group, etc. There's plenty of Avatar love to go around. But if they haven't started theirs yet and would be willing to give theirs up, I'll need a note from both of you.

Did you say PAIRING?! Can I drop what I'm doing and draw my favorite ship?

Eh...ask. It depends on how far along you are in your current 100. Note us if you have a question, because it's debatable.

So how many of these can I do?

The limit is two, as of now: one character, one pairing per person.

Here's the way that seems to work best: Send a note to the club labeled as the title of the pic. Also, add a little description. There'll also be a link to the original when it gets posted here, so the faves and such will go to the original instead of the one here. If this doesn't work out, make a suggestion to change it. We're always open to ideas. XD
